Dear Madam,

Yours of the 13th inst. has been referred by Gov. Bickett to this office for reply.

You have a right to make wine from your own grapes, and to sell in quantities of not less than two and a half gallons in sealed packages or crated, on the premises where manufactured, and you can sell it to any minister of religion, or other officer of a church, when said wine is bought for religious or sacramental purposes.
