It is with much pleasure, that I thank you for sending to our regiment two such able colored citizens of North Carolina, in the person of Colonel James H. Young and Berry O.Kelly.

I feel that their lecture on Government Insurance will do much to assist us to bring our regiment up to the maximum amount allowed.
