I am much interested in your taking advantage of the insurance offered by the Government. I want every colored man from North Carolina to take out ten thousand dollars in this insurance. I am sending you a clipping from the News & Observer which will explain this. Your father David who lives with me, wants you to take this insurance out at once. You will make a tremendous mistake if you dont do it. No such insurance was ever offered before in this world.
