Thomas Garrett came before us Justices of Peace in said County who being duly sworn on the Holy Evangelists of Almighty God Deposed the same as before Thomas Mackey Esqr. & further sayeth that he heard said Leggett say that he must get or send for a Barrell of Powder, and further the Deponent sayeth not—
