Dear Sir:-
At a meeting of the Council of State held this day, it was ordered that the convicts now at work on the S. A. & Western Railway be withdrawn from said railway, and placed in the hands of the authorities of the State's Prison, in accordance with the action of the Council of State at a meeting held on July 9, 1913.
