GREENSBORO, N.C.
April 21, 1915.

His Excellency,
Governor Locke Craig,
Raleigh, N.C.

Dear Sir:

I very much fear we will lose the opportunity to buy that land by further delay. Pardon me for bringing this matter to your attention again, but I have written to the Attorney General for instructions, I have asked Prof. Noble to do so, and have also asked Mr. Lacy. I have also practically completed the arrangements for borrowing the money, but I have been unable to get any instructions from the Attorney General, Mr. Bickett. I am now, with regret, troubling you again to see if you cannot have us legally advised as to how we should proceed to secure the loan and buy the property.

Very truly yours,

Jas B Dudley
