Agreement between the United Textile Workers of America, employed in the Consolidated Textile Corporation Pilot Division, Raleigh, N.C., and the management of the said Consolidated Textile Corporation, Pilot Division.

Section 1. That the Consolidated Textile Corporation, Pilot Division, management will deal with the employees of said Mill members of the United Workers of America, through duly elected committees, who are employees of said Mill, who shall have the right to deal with the Mill management on all matters affecting the Mill employees, through such committees, reserving to the management and the indivudal employee the right to settle if possible, individual differences between themselves before such employees shall call upon such a committee in dealing with the management in the attempt of settlement of such differences.

Section 2. The management is not to discriminate in any way against employee for belonging to the United Textile Workers of America.

Section 3. This agreement to be enforce for three months (or longer) from date of signing and until thirty-days notice is given in writing of withdrawal by either party to this agreement to the other.
