Agreement between the employees of the Pilot Cotton Mills Company, Raleigh, N.C., (that are members of Local #1262 of the United Textile Workers of America) and the Management of said Pilot Cotton Mills Company.

Section 1. That the Pilot Cotton Mills Company management will deal with the employees, (members of the Textile Union,) of said mill, through duly elected committees who are employees of said mill, who shall have the right to deal with the mill management on all matters effecting the mill employees, through such committees, reserving to the management and individual employees, the right to settle, if possible, individual differences between themselves before such employees shall call upon such a committee in dealing with the management in the attempt of settlement of such differences, (it being understood no committee representing union employees is to represent in any way non-union employees.)

Section 2. The management is not to discriminate in any way against any man or woman for belonging to a union, and the members of a union not to discriminate against any employee not belonging to the union.

Section 3. This agreement to be in force for three (3) months from date of signing and until thirty (30) days notice is given in writing of withdrawal by either party to this agreement to the other.
