Dear Governor:
I am anxious to see North Carolina go over the top on the Woman Suffrage question but regardless of whether she does or not I would like to have your cut to run in The American Soldier. It will cost you nothing and when I am thru with the cut I will return it. I cannot use a photo for the reason it costs me $3.50 to have a cut made. I only have a cut made when the party requests it.
