Dear govner Bickit

I will write you a few Lines kindly asking you about the Wine Law[.] Some tells me one thing and some tells me another and I no you will tell me Right[.] I am a Poor widdow and need all that I can get on my farme[.] Write and let me no the law[.] I will have a few grapes some time soon[.]
