I want to know who to see to get a right for country Officers to cross county lines after Blockade stills as I am Township Constable of No. 11 T. S. and live in a few miles of the Ruthford line at one side and in a few miles of the Burk line and the blockaders of uper Cleveland goes across those county lines and manufacturs liquor and say Cleveland officers has no right to go get them as we are so far from a Revenue officer that D. S. J. A. Wesson and J. C. P. A Hoyle wants power to get those out laws where ever we can find them if you have not the Power to give us this right

Please tell me who has and oblige yours for enforcing the Laws of N. C.
