To the Honble James Murray Esqr. Govr of Quebec.

Sir

Inclosed we send you printed Copies, and a List, of Laws passed in the last Session of Parliament; which Laws will shew the great Attention, that has been given to extend and encourage the Fishery and Staple Commodities of the American Colonies; to secure their publick Credit; and to regulate and improve the Commerce carried on between this Kingdom and those Colonies for the mutual Benefit, and Advantage of His Majesty's Subjects in all Parts of His Dominions.

So we bid you heartily farewell, and are, Sir,
