| Govr. of Jamaica | It is with great Concern, that I am to acquaint You, with the Death of Her Royal Highness the Princess Caroline, which happened on Wednesday the 28th: past about Eleven o'Clock in the Morning; I have however the Satisfaction to inform You, that the King enjoys perfect good Health tho' His Majesty has been much affected with this Melancholy Event. |

A like Letter was wrote to the following Governors,
Leeward Islands
Barbados
Bahama Islands, acknowledging the Rect. of his Letters, of 12th May & 20th June 1757.
Bermuda.
A like letter, was also wrote to the following Govrs of Virginia, New York, New Jersey, New Hampshire, North Carolina, South Carolina, Masschusets Bay, Nova Scotia, Georgia, Maryland Pensylvania Deputy Govrs., Newfoundland, Rhode Island Connecticut Govr. & Co.
