Circular Letter to all His Majesty's Governors, requiring them to give all possible Assistance to the Commanders of the Paquet Boats at their several Governments.

To Charles Lawrence Esqr. Lieut. Govr. of Nova Scotia. 

Sir, 

Inclosed I send you a Duplicate of my Letter to you of the 4th. instant, by Order of the Lords Commissioners for Trade and Plantations, acquainting you with the Establishment of Paquets for carrying on a monthly Correspondence between this Kingdom and His Majesty's Dominions in America: and I have their Lordships further Directions to desire, that you will give all possible Countenance & Assistance to the Captains of these Paquet Boats in whatever Occasions they may have, and to all other Persons employed under the Post-Master General in carrying on these Branches of national Correspondence, upon which the publick Service so much depends.
