Dear Sir;
We the undersigned certify that we have known W. H. Boner all his life; he owns no real estate and has dependent on him for support an aged Father seriously afflicted with cancer, an aged Aunt and a small Daughter twelve years old.
He has lost his entire crop in the recent Yadkin River overflow and is seriously in need of outside aid.
