Dear Madam:-
Replying to yours of the 29th ult., I will say that some days ago at the request of Gov. Craig, I returned to him his order, authorizing the special term and will now say that the entire bar of Snow Hill concur with Judge Whedbee in advising that the Special term be revoked as none of the bar see now the need of the term and in fact every one believes that it would now be better to hear the Black case at the regular term.
