Raleigh, N. C., June 6th, 1919.

The New York World,
New York City.

Special Session of North Carolina Legislature will be called July, nineteen twenty, to consider tax laws. This was provided for by the regular session before it adjourned in March. The Special Session can act on the Suffrage amendment if it sees fit to do so. I do not know what action the General Assembly will take.
