Biographical Description
Hugh Allison Logan was born February 22, 1877, in Cleveland County, North Carolina. During World War I, he served stateside with the 120th Infantry from August 5, 1917, to January 14, 1918. Following the war, he served as sheriff of Cleveland County. He died on September 21, 1931.
