Biographical Description
John William Biggs was born on March 24, 1887, in North Carolina. Biggs was a druggist for a local pharmacy in Williamston, North Carolina, when he was drafted into the service in September 1918. He served stateside during World War I and was honorably discharged in December 1918. He died on October 4, 1962, in Williamston.
