Mills, Joseph Napoleon

Biographical Description

Joseph Napoleon Mills was born on December 13, 1880 in Richlands, North Carolina. Mills graduated from Leonard Medical School in 1908. He was a physician and president of the Peoples Drug Store, Inc., in Durham, North Carolina. He died there on October 3, 1962.
