Gilliam, Henry Augustus, Jr.

Biographical Description

Henry Augustus Gilliam, Jr. was born in Edenton (Chowan County), North Carolina on September 7, 1870. Gilliam was an attorney who served as county attorney for Edgecombe (1908-1912), as state senator (1913-1915), and as a member of the state house (1899-1900). He died in Baltimore, Maryland on February 4, 1916.
