Biographical Description
Joseph Yarborough was born prior to 1730. A resident of Brunswick, Virginia in 1755, by 1775 he had moved to Chatham County. During the war he routinely assisted his son Nathan, who was a private in the North Carolina Militia. He died sometime after 1800.
