Biographical Description
Cyrus Thompson was born on February 8, 1855, in Onslow County, North Carolina. Thompson was a physician, educator, and politician. In April 1918, he was appointed to the Medical Optional Selective Draft Commission. He died in Jacksonville (Onslow County) on November 20, 1930.
