Biographical Description

Frank Farrow Simpson was born on April 2, 1868, in Laurens, South Carolina. Simpson was a physician and longtime resident of Honolulu, Hawaii, and Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. During World War I, he served as the Chief of the Medical Section for the Council of National Defense. Simpson died in Honolulu on February 10, 1948.
