Biographical Description
Dexter C. Moore was born on February 14, 1888, in Sampson County, North Carolina. Moore was employed as a farmer for Mary F. P. Fearrington in Faison, North Carolina, when he registered for the World War I draft in June 1917. He died in Faison on October 8, 1924.
