Biographical Description
Fred Moore Bradley was born in McDowell County, North Carolina, on June 18, 1884. Bradley was a bank cashier who advocated for the construction of good roads as the secretary of the Old Fort Township Highway Commission. He died in Asheville on May 23, 1966.
