Biographical Description
James Buchanan Dawson was born in North Carolina on August 27, 1856. Dawson was a travelling salesman in Kinston (Lenoir County) who served as a trustee for the Caswell Training School (formerly the State School for the Feeble Minded). He died in Kinston on November 7, 1932.
