Biographical Description
Hannah Thompson Debow was born in New Jersey in about 1725. She married Solomon Debow and they moved to Orange County, North Carolina sometime before 1755. The couple had at least nine children. After her husband's death in 1767, she remained a widow and resided in Orange, later Caswell County. She died in Caswell in about 1783.
