Biographical Description

Patrick Eggerton was a resident of Perquimans Precinct. In 1705 he served on a jury that considered an indentured American Indian man named Alexander's freedom suit against Juliana Laker. Present in Perquimans until 1713, he may have later moved to Chowan Precinct.
