Referring to the proclamation of the President dated July third nineteen seventeen under the terms of which the National Guard of your state are to be called into the service of the United States on July twenty fifth nineteen seventeen. You are informed that the President desires that the organizations thus called into federal service be asemble at places to be designated to you by the commanding general southeaster depatment Charleston, S.C. The dpartment commander has been directed to advise you as to such places.
