Order etc. this 17th day of June 1754 by virtue of his Majestys Letters of Privy Seal bearing date the 30th day of May 1754 That you deliver and pay of such his Majestys Treasure as remains in your charge unto Arthur Dobbs Esqr. Captain Genl. and Governor in Chief in and ^Out of 4 and 1/2 per Cent^ over the Province of North Carolina in America or his Assign as the sum of £1250 without Account for one year and one Quarter of a year ended the 23d day of May 1754 on the yearly Salary of £1000 in lieu of a like Salary payable out of the Quit Rents of the said Province And those etc.
