As Mr. Rogers tells me he is to Sail tomorrow in a Vessell for North Carolina; I take the Opportunity of Sending by him my Letter to you of Yesterday's Date, with all the Dispatches that Came for you by the Packett, as well as those for the Governors of South Carolina & Georgia; and I must beg the Favor you will be pleased to Forward these last in the Safest and most Expeditious Manner you can.
