Biographical Description

Joshua Moses was born in about 1748 and was a resident of Anson County, North Carolina. In 1772 he served on a coroner's jury which investigated the death of John Henry. Moses later served as a private in the North Carolina Militia during the Revolutionary War. He died in Whitley County, Kentucky on February 21, 1836.
