Coggins, Henry Allen

Biographical Description

Henry Allen Coggins was born on December 29, 1873, in Swannanoa, North Carolina. Coggins was a farmer in the Bee Tree community who served as chairman of the Buncombe County Exemption Board, No. 1, during World War I. He died in Swannanoa (Buncombe County) on April 25, 1946.
