Governor Bickett,
Dear Sir-
I have a son in the army. Walter H. Parrish and I have to look to him for my support, me and his mother, he is the only one we have to look to for help. And the army are taking $15 per month out of wages for us, and the Governorment is supposed to pay us $10 each per month. Wich a mount to $35 per month But we have not received any money yet, and would like to know who to look to for my money. We are in need of help.
