Dear Governor:
Our counsel, Mr. J. Bis Ray, filled out vouchers for commissioners, who appraised Mitchell's Peak Park and attendants, and sent the same to Mr. Blackstocks, chairman of our Commission, who tells me that he forwarded the same to you for your approval. Would you be kind enough to advise if you approve this, and if the State Treasurer has received the same, and if not, why not?
These men are out their expenses on the trip, which was considerable, and they are after us every day for their money.
Please advise at once.
