ATTORNEY AT LAW
ASHEVILLE, N.C.

May 10, 1913.

Hon. Locke Craig,
Raleigh, N.C.

Dear Sir:-

I hand you herewith copy of the resolution adopted by the Committee in regard to the settlement of the recent strike as affecting the one year men. There seemed an unanimity of opinion among the committee that 20¢ was the price, and certainly this is the price we offered to the street car men for their acceptance or rejection, and however the discrepancy arose we have felt that they were not to blame for it, and under all the circumstances the committee would like to have the original settment stand as adjusted at the time.

With kindest regards, I am,

Very truly yours,

Zebulon Weaver
