Biographical Description
Elijah Fuller was born in Franklin County, North Carolina in 1810. The operator of a mercantile business in Fayetteville, North Carolina, he also acted as a pension agent and would pursue claims on behalf of Revolutionary War veterans and widows. He died in Fayetteville on September 23, 1853.
