At a Superior Court begun and held for the County of Sampson—at the court house in Clinton the 16th Monday after the 4th Monday of August AD 1874—and the 30th day of November AD 1874—

State vs. Abraham Warden & Ruffin Holmes
Convicted of Larceny—
Judgment of the Court that the defendants be imprisoned in the Penitentiary five years at hard labor.

State vs. Harry Knight
Convicted of Larceny
Judgment of the Court that the defendant be imprisoned in the Penitentiary five years at hard labor.

State vs. Henry Devane
Convicted of Larceny
Judgment of the Court that the defendant be imprisoned in the Penitentiary five years—at hard labor—

State vs. John Herring
Convicted of Larceny—
Judgment of the Court that the defendant be imprisoned in the Penitentiary two years.
