I John H. Kerr Clerk of the Superior Court do certify that at a Superior Court held for said county begining on 4th. Mondy after 1st. Mondy in March 1875. His Honor A. F. McCoy Judge of the 7th. Judicial Dist. by exchanges presiding, the following named Persons was tried & convicted of Larceny to wit: Charles Thompson, John White & Lewis Robertson and sentanced to hard labor in the state prison as follows.

Thompson & White five years each from 31st. day of March 1875 & the said Robertson three years from 1st. day of April 1875
