Be it remembered that at a Superior Court begun and held for the County of Forsyth at the Court House in Winston on the 8th. Monday after 3rd Monday in March A.D. 1875, the same being the 10th day of May.

The Honl. J. M. Cloud Judge of the 8th Judicial District present & presiding when & where the following proceedings were had to wit

The State vs. Tony Searcy
No. 81 Indictment Larceny

A Jury of good & lawful men sworn & empanelled, who for their verdict say that they find the Defendant guilty in manner & form as charged in the bill of Indictment.

And thereupon it is ordered by the Court now here that Tony Searcy the prisoner at the bar of the Court be imprisoned at hard labor in the States prison for the Term of two years and stand committed until discharged according to Law.

It is further ordered by the Court that the Sheriff of Forsyth County be charged with the execution of this sentence and that he deliver the prisoner within the time prescribed by law to the Warden of the Penitentiary.

In testimony whereof I hereunto set my hand and affix the seal of said Court at office in Winston this 24th day of May 1875
