These may Certify That Peter Clear Guardian to Cornelius William & Demsey Leary, Orphans of C.Leary, was allowed a Claim of Sixty pounds for a Negroe Fellow called Isaac who was Executed for House burning in the County of Chowan as by the Report of the Committee of Claims at this present Session—
