To the Board of Commissioners of Anson County:

In view of the fact that the County Board of Health has ordered for the present that there be no assemblage of people in the County on account of the prevalence of Spanish Influenza, I desire to suggest to the Board that we request the Governor to change the time for holding the Special Term of Criminal Court from October 21st to the week of November 4th, and that we request that the Court be called to meet on Wednesday morning, November 6th.
