At a Superior Court held for the County of Franklin at the Court House in Louisburg on the 1st Monday after the 4th Monday in Septem 1878, befor his honor John Kerr Judge Superior Court, Davis Perry was Convicted of Larcey, and thereupon it was adjudged that the said Davis Perry be confined in the State Penitentiary for Eighteen Months at hard labor.
