I beg Leave in Pursuance of the third Article of your Excellencys Instructions to Recommend David Davis in the Room & Destrict of Samuel Heith Deceas'd, & William Martin in the Room and Destrict of William Abercrombie Deceasd which Submitted to your Excellency by your Dutiful

& Obedent Servant.

In Answer to the first Article I have Inclosd your Excellency an Exact Muster Roll of the Regiment of Pasquotank County & a Seperate List of the Several Feild Officers and Capts. in said Regiment According to their Senority & Describing the District of each Company.

third Article. your Excellency is acquainted above.

The fifth: there is no arms nor Amunition belongg. to his Majestys Stores in said Regiment nor any Indians in the neighbourhood of said Regimt. The Defects of the Militia Law with such further Necessary Regulations is Humbly Submitted to your Excelly.
