I am enclosing a copy of a letter sent to Secretary Houston of the Department of Agriculture. Greensboro is proud of the undertaking described in the letter, and we hope it meets your approval as a means to foster the food production campaign, and that you will give us any help or any suggestions for furthering the scheme already in action.
