In your county there will be two exemption boards under selective draft law. Each board will consist of one physician and two other citizens. When advisable the county physician should be on one of these boards. Please wire me instantly the names and post office of intelligent, patriotic men for these boards. In your wire designate the men for each board separately, that is name the men for board number one and then the men for board number two.
