Reference District Exemption Boards North Carolina. On board in Eastern District substitute Dr. George Thomas of Wilmington in place of Dr. Chas. O’H. Laughinghouse of Greenville. The latter holds commission as major in army and cannot serve. Dr. Thomas is general surgeon of A. C. L. Railway, loyal, patriotic citizen and in every way fitted for this service.
