Dear Sir:

The United States Employment Committee has sent me your name as a man who refuses to work, while the Nation is at war. This will not be tolerated. I shall report your name to the War Department unless I hear that you have gone to work within the next ten days. Unless you do go to work I shall certainly see to it that you go to war.
