Your esteemed favor of June 27th, with reference to labor trouble at the Tallassee Power Company, Badin. is herewith acknowledged and I thank you for your prompt attention to this matter, and will appreciate your giving it your further attention at your earliest convienence.
For your information will that Mr Homer J. Brown, Commissioner of Concilliation is on the scene and has been advised of my communication with you which meets with his approval and your assistance in bringing about an adjustment will be appreciated by him and the department.
There is no change in the situation, the officials are still dismissing men who show any inclination towards union labor, or, are seen around a union labor meeting place.
